Great app! We had a group of about 10. Kept all of us up to date of where to meet and we could also check show schedules and any other times needed!

Just returned from Freedoms Feb 27, 2016 sailing. Most in our group used the app and paid the $5 for messaging. Lots of glitches - messages coming in 2-3 hours after they were sent, or coming in multiples. That doesnt help you find your friends! Worked at times but not a reliable communication tool. The app was a good info source and provided daily schedules. One suggestion - add the dining room menu for the day to the app so you dont have to look on the TV!

The app was a great concept, but the Chat feature is lacking. It was hit and miss with messages and each message was sent 3-4 times. Other than that it was good.

My cruise is booked; but like airline apps I should be able to login and view my account info and cruise RSVP? This app is not 5 Stars due to it takes up a good bit of space in phones, and it is worthless unless you are onboard for your cruise. Add more elements that actually assist prior to cruises; add digital boarding passes like the major airlines; and then maybe its 5 Stars.

Really loved the app. The only thing I can think of is to add the dinner menus. That would be great.

This app works great if you have a large group like myself. Before the app, we would spend hours trying to find each other on sea days and now we could find each other with one simple text. The maps and event descriptions are a great addition to the app. To use the texting feature, it is $5 for the entire period of your cruise. It is worth it! Very happy with the design of this app.

Unless I either missed something or something has changed, the only useful feature is how long until I cruise. Once your on board the free app requires you to pay for on board wifi to actually check in on board. So if all youre looking to do is know how many days hours minutes and seconds you have before your cruise this is a fun app, but the minute your on board and click the "Im on board" button now you must pay.

This was a great app. I loved being able to use it to keep up with my family while we were on the ship. Also, being able to pay the very minimal cost to use Facebook and social media was nice. Also all the activities and restaurants are right at your fingertips to see. I would recommend downloading the app before you go on a cruise! And it has a great countdown for the cruise!

Dont bother taking time to get excited about using this if you arent cruising on the only 3 ships enabled to date. Im severely disappointed.

Not sure what the point is if you cant use it, or can only use it on 4 out of 20 ships.

The app is good if you are on a compatible ship. This was teased to be more widely available on several ships by end of 2015 but didnt deliver.

This app made our vacation 10x better. So easy to use, able to keep up with family and friends with instant messaging. The best part is the ability to keep up with events on ship. See availability for all food and events. Exact locations. You can even select favorites and the app will remind you when your event is about to start. It worked perfectly for me and my family. No crashes, no delays.

We just spent 8 days on the Sunshine (formerly Destiny). The app is great for letting you know whats going on around the ship, finding your way there and it is up to the minute with your account. It would really be nice if it had some sort of weather for the ports along the way and the TV map would be nice to have on the app as well. Its good for what it does but if upgraded it could be great

This app is a must have cruise companion. Its like having all the cruise events and activities in the palm of your hand. The killer chat feature is whats been missing from the cruise industry. No more hassle of trying to coordinate and find your group. We simply created a group chat and was able to plan our meet ups like a "breeze". Thanks for bringing cruising to the 21st century carnival!!!

I took the update today and I hoped that more ships would be added to the app. Im sailing next week and it looks like my ship will be "coming soon" long after we get back. Come on Carnival, push this to more ships! It looks cool but so far the countdown is the only feature I have been able to use.

In the app descriptions, why dont you just list which ships it is for instead of just saying "download the app to see which ships are included. It was very disappointing to download to find out it can not help me any. Then, it shows ships and says "coming soon". When is soon? 1 week, one year? I want to know if I will be able to use this app by the time I go on my cruise. It just appears unprofessional by not making it available to all ships

I was excited to find a Carnival app but was disappointed to find out it only works with 4 out of the many ships. Sadly, the Carnival Dream isnt one of those ships. I hope they have it up and running by the time we set sail in May. UPDATE!!!!

In all of the promotional materials, Carnival fails to mention that you can actually only use the app on four ships. What a waste of time.

You need to add more ships. I hope coming soon actually means soon and not months from now.
