Carnival HUB App Reviews

Loved the app but now that we are home I want to either move it into a file or delete it. I can't figure out how to do either. How can I move or delete it? It is useless when not on a ship and I don't need it on my screen!

One week on Carnival Pride using the hub app with many family members: Issues: Chat disconnects frequently resulting in missed messages, when charging $5 for the ability to IM, there needs to be consistent message delivery. Chat messages are often not received in group texts, even when connected. One-to-one is more reliable Cannot update profile picture from existing photos Cannot update profile picture from camera Camera does not allow cropping or moving of photo to fit frame "Whos going" does not work, it shows a person icon, but no name with the icon If you favorite an event, it does not update the people icon to show the correct number of people attending/interested When you favorite an event, does this mean youre going and it should update the whos going list, or is it just for you to keep as a Favorite/possible event to go to.... Make this clearer "Interested", and "Going" options Feedback does not connect when on the boat without internet package, and cannot use the app when off the boat... Correction, connected once on last day of cruise. Feedback form on survey monkey is not in a mobile format, difficult to decipher and slow to load. Needed Items: Received icon for message recipient to "click" this should then send instant notification back to sender with a simple blue dot, etc....showing message has been viewed Ship Location and Speed Maps Weather Forecasts Kids club schedule Important ship wide announcements (easily missed otherwise) Option for parents to add kids club user id to receive text messages from kids club

Downloaded it- photo worked, date for cruise didnt work and 50% of their boats are not available for use. Maybe carnival should have this app actually work for their customers prior to launching and asking us to download !!

This app was extremely helpful! I went with several family members and decided to pay the $5 for the chat option. We were able to coordinate and communicate easier. We didnt have many issues with the chat option. Sometimes, it did disconnect but we just had to push the reconnect button that came up and it would work again. I do wish this app had more like dinner menus but it isnt necessary.

This app was great for our big group!! Being able to message everybody was extremely helpful and I loved the ability to see and purchase our photos!!!

This app helped A LOT while on the cruise!

We sailed on the Carnival Breeze and paid 5 dollars for the chat plan and it helped so much, it helped me and all of my friends (7 of us) communicate well, find each other easier, and most all of the scheduling was accurate. The only issue with it was that certain spots on the ship didnt let the chat connect, it didnt get in the way too much though. Great app and made the experience so much easier! It just stinks that the cruise is over.

Super convenient for your time on the ship. Used it for my most recent cruise on board the new Carnival Vista. Loved how it had the itinerary with notifications each day. Also the photo (Pixels) aspect of it was amazing. The only thing I would add to it would be the ability to check in for anytime dining.

This app is extremely helpful when youre on a carnival cruise! No matter where we were we always knew what was going on and where it was on the boat using the whats happening feature! Theres also a map, it shows you ship time, and you can keep up with your account balance on it...all of which we found extremely helpful!

This app was so helpful with everything. We always knew what was going on and even had a maps incase we got lost. We paid 5 dollars and were able to chat all cruise long! We were even able to track our spendings and see our pictures!!! Very helpful while cruising!

The app was very helpful for the most part. I loved being able to keep up with what was going on from the Whats happening tab as well as times for the restaurants and each snack and beverage area. The chat function was very unreliable. My children are older teenagers and had their own room so often I was left wondering, "are they ignoring me, or is this thing not working again" mostly, it wasnt working. But the other functions were great.

I liked being able to see the days itinerary and the statement with a few key strokes.

You dont have to worry about losing that paper with the event times on it, its all on the app! You can buy internet packages and chat with other cruisers. Also, you can see what has been charged to your account and what specials are going on. Overall, very handy app!

Although the app says it is not live on the Triumph ship yet, it works on there! I could see up to the minute account info while onboard, see a list of activities happening onboard, and text within the app to other passengers. To text we each had to pay $5 but it was well worth it! The only word of caution: you must put the app on your phone while you are still on land. One person in our party didnt know about until we showed her but since we were at sea she had no signal to download the app. For those of us who were eagerly counting down via the app before the cruise, we easily were able to use the app onboard! Great app!

This app was incredible to use onboard. We loved using it as the cruise countdown but thoroughly enjoyed having it onboard. The only complaint I had was it only sends you a reminder 10 minutes ahead of time. Would like to see it with 15-30 minute reminders. Would also like to see room service added to the app. I am giving it 5 stars because it was so nice to have. If we didnt know where something was onboard, it would show us where to go. We also loves having the fun times on the app instead of all the stacks of papers to loon through. Thank you carnival for having it available on the Carnival Triumph just in time for my sailing.

This app was great to have on my recent cruise! Very easy to use and LOVED that the ship time would update even when off the boat doing excursions. I wish this app had the sunrise and sunset time. We would have to go find a funtimes to be able to see that! I also wish it had a place to see the weather. Our group almost got rained. Thankfully the rain held off but would have been nice to have been prepared for it! And last, I wish it would give you reminders of things that youve favorited more than 10 minutes in advance. It wasnt always enough time to get where I wanted to be. Overall this is great app and was very helpful. You should definitely download it if it works on your cruise ship!

After debarking the beautiful Carnival Breeze, I soon realized it was by far the best vacation experience Ive ever had. I highly recommend this app to anyone aboard a Carnival cruise or for anyone counting down the exciting date to a Carnival cruise. There are many features including chat, whats happening, and photos. Thank you Carnival!

Best possible way to communicate with each other remotely on cruise ship.

It wont let me enter my cruise date. It wont even let me email yall under app support. Please fix this!
